Just let us know why you’re dissatisfied, and we’ll issue you a full refund less shipping. You don’t have to return the bottle to us.


Refunds on orders of multiple bottles, or apparel purchases require that you return the unused product and use a shipping service that provides delivery confirmation (ex., tracking number). The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we have confirmation that your return is on the way, we’ll give you a full refund less your original shipping cost. To initiate this process, please email us at support@cellsauce.com or contact us by phone at (833) 400-CELL. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit or debit card).
Other Considerations
Cell Sauce LLC is not responsible for missing, damaged or stolen packages as a result of a mistake by the courier or the customer (ie. submitting wrong address). For these kinds of issues, Cell Sauce will manage refunds and replacements on a case by case basis.
